Mr. Murphy Lum is a counselor, coach, seminar & workshop leader and a torchbearer. His life long mission is to continuously learn from life experiences, to consistently create learning activities & programs based on personal & borrowed wisdom; and to perpetually counsel, coach and lead seminars/workshops that uncovers hidden human potentials to excel in living life.

Mr. Murphy LUM has used his personal experience to inspire thousands of great individuals and companies in Malaysia and Singapore including IBM, Renesas Semiconductor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, AIA Co. Ltd. (Singapore), Dennis Wee Realty Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), News Straits Times Press Bhd., and Reach Publishing Sdn. Bhd. on areas pertaining to peak performance excellence and championship mindset.

Murphy is known to be a passionate life-long learner and practitioner and has graduated from many world-class institutions including Anthony Robbins: Unleash The Power Within;Wealth Mastery programs. Excellerated Business School; Money & You Instructors Training Program and The New Zealand Learning Convention.

He has also contributed immensely to the community. He was a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Malaysia (PUMM) and the Technopreneur Association of Malaysia (TeAM). He served as the National Business Director for the Junior Chamber Malaysia from 2001 - 2002 and was the 48th President for the Kuala Lumpur Junior Chamber. Currently, he is an active member of Sunway Toastmasters Club and a potential contest winner.

Since November 2000, he has conducted extensive research on diverse areas of performance excellence and championship mindset as one of Murphy's most important commitments is to uncover and to awaken hidden human potentials. In view of this and coupled with his passion to create life-long accelerated learning programs, he has since designed and developed the following programs - The Science of Getting Rich In Action (SOGRIA), The Rich & Harmonious Experience Learning Shop, The Winning Ways of a Sales Champion, inner Excellence for Professional Effectiveness, and GOALS! Mastery Coaching Program. He had personally conducted all of these programs through numerous soul-enriching, mind-transforming and action-driving workshops that have benefited hundreds of people from all walks of life.
